To get my feet wet, I decided to whip up a simple map. It's not finished as far as I'm concerned, it needs a lot more. Here's the things to keep in mind:
- The bases are placeholder. These will be Forerunner structures with an interior layout.
- There are no portals in this map yet. It may run like crap.
- There are probably too many vehicles in the map currently. This is for testing purposes to see what works and what doesn't. Most likely, it will be a light ground vehicle only map but let's see.
- Just for giggles, I threw in the battle rifle from our old Halo 2 CE mod, as well as a human stationary turret. Enjoy!
- The cave in the woods is no where even close to being final, as is the "perch" it leads you to.
- There is no ceiling.
- Absolutely everything is subject to change, and ALL feed back is appreciated. It will help me to react on constructive criticism.
