Civi-Ghost
I've had alot of people tell me that the ghost can'y be civilized
but thats just cause of the name :P really its just a gold ghost.
I'd like to thank Whilpash Daemon for all his help :D ,(DA)ender and BloodThirstyemu
for testing the ghost with me.
Special feasures:
Yes there is one, my friend wanted me to make something pink
so i created a .vehicle file that is the exact vehicle but
has a pink hud :P.
