stick this in your globals foler, adjust damage, but do not change anythign else other than damage bounds or instantinous aceleration (ie force), otherwise it can make weird **** like ever lasting overshields when you get hit.
This will make halo 2 like vehicle impacts, and not insta kill h1 style
