All textures with the exception of the ground texture and the teleporter texture on the conical teleporter scenery were made by Bungie or Gearbox.
The ground texture was made by me and the teleporter was made by the Halo 2 CE team. (http://www.halo2ce.epgservers.com)
All modeling was done by me.
The one piece of custom scenery(conical teleporter) was done by me.
