This is a new variant of the Elite. Unlike Flood combat forms, this model has infection form shaders, melees with its right arm like a BRAAAINS... and using other weapons.
They were originally Zealots or Stealth Elites, who were infected by the Zombie
Recommendation:
The Zombie Elite used elite animation so it can melee any victim with the right arm like BRAAAINS...
They will use active Camouflage like Stealth Elites or Active Camouflage Combat Forms.
