These are the Halo 3 phantom tags from solitude-firefight. Just extract all of the tags to your Halo: CE directory and overwrite anything it asks you to. The vehicle will be located in: tags\vehicles\c_dropship\H3_Phantom.vehicle Sorry for the wierd naming of the tags, but they work.
